Carson is more than just a singer/songwriter. He is also an avid skateboarder and advocate for bringing the sport of skateboarding to his community. Carson is one of the founders of Shelbyville Skateboarding Association and is working with the local government to bring a world-class skate park to his hometown. Carson has volunteered to help teach children in his community the art of skateboarding and has even offered to give his first lesson to the Mayor of Shelbyville.
